Early edition: I am so excited to be talking about boundaries. I’m speaking at a women entrepreneurs group this upcoming Wednesday on boundaries in business. In a couple of weeks, just in time to prepare for the holidays, I’m offering a workshop on “Setting Boundaries with Difficult Family Members”.
I am very privileged and excited to be speaking at WE2 (Women’s Entrepreneur Exchange) in Beaconsfield this Wednesday about how to set boundaries in our business. Check out the event on Facebook here or their website event here. Women entrepreneurs are a special breed. If they are in business, it’s because they are passionate about what they do; and saying no is often counter-intuitive. We will be exploring what boundaries are and how to say no to someone while turning off the negative chatter in our brain that guilts us into saying yes too often.
Boundaries at Home:
Do you avoid spending time with a difficult to please teenager, spouse, parent or in-law? Do you hold your tongue to keep the peace? Are you tired of walking on eggshells but don’t know what to say because of how it makes you feel? When the relationship is very important to us, we can easily become fearful, or even passive. Break the cycle of holding back by exploring what to say and how to say it – in a safe learning environment by attending my upcoming workshop.
I am excited to cover this important topic on Saturday, November 23rd (1 – 3:30 PM) or Wednesday, November 27th (7 – 9:30 PM). We will be in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, near Pierrefonds Blvd and Fredmir. The cost is $39 each, seating is limited. To attend, email me at email@example.com or call or text me at 514-661-3470 to register.
Hope to see you at either events! If you’d like to see blogs or a workshop addressing a specific family communication issue, please let me know. XO
