As a former crisis interventionist, counsellor and trainer/educator, I have impacted thousands of people to have better conversations with others who drive them CRAZY!

Unless you are a hermit, you and your colleagues are affected by mental health concerns. Avoiding these concerns is the wrong approach and can cause many other problems.
