My Story
Most personal development speakers teach from books — or lately, from AI.
Monique’s classroom was a women’s shelter. A crisis centre. A psychiatric ward. Youth protection. And her own kitchen table.
For over thirty years she worked on the front lines of crisis intervention, mental health, and family systems — sitting with people in their darkest moments and helping them find their way back to themselves.
That work didn’t just shape her career. It shaped everything she teaches.
Her work has been featured in the Huffington Post and she has contributed to multiple published books on workplace relationships, trust, and women’s leadership.
She holds a B.A. with a Specialization in Human Systems Interventions and brings that depth to every keynote, training room, and coaching relationship.
She has been coaching even longer than she has been speaking. Both come from the same place — a deep conviction that people deserve to feel seen, heard, and valued in their most important relationships.
